About the Role

We are seeking a Workday Analyst to join our EMEA HR team and support the continued enhancement and adoption of our global HR systems. This role combines strong technical acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder engagement to ensure efficient HR operations and a seamless employee experience across the region.

As part of the global HR systems team, you will collaborate closely with regional and local HR, and external vendors to deliver high-quality system support, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the global Workday project and operations teams to ensure alignment with EMEA requirements.
  • Serve as a regional HR systems point of contact, supporting configuration, testing, and maintenance activities.
  • Engage local stakeholders to cultivate a strong change network and promote adoption of new HR technologies.
  • Adapt and deliver training to HR teams and managers to improve system proficiency and data accuracy.
  • Support vendor management and coordinate with payroll providers (e.g., ADP or similar systems).
  • Develop and maintain end-user documentation and system guides to support consistent processes.
  • Facilitate testing and coordination across sites and teams during new releases and enhancements.
  • Act as a key member of the Europe regional HR team, contributing to broader process improvement and alignment efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator, both written and spoken, with fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
  • Technical and HR systems experience, including:
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Hands-on knowledge of Workday (preferred), or experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
    • Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP or equivalent.
    • Experience in system testing, reporting, and training is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor managementglobal team collaboration, and customer service delivery (e.g., shared services or help desk environment).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Working knowledge of German works councils and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR).
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR technology, HR operations, or a related analytical role.
